These are black licorice caramels normally called blackies locally. They are individually wrapped. These are handmade in our store. We start with a hot milk caramel recipe that is kosher and gluten free we also mix with licorice flavorings and coloring. Our blackies are then formed and individually wrapped for your pleasure.
